Founded by a Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience, Branch Four is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings data and technology expertise directly to local newsrooms. We help fact-driven news organizations grow their audiences, tell better stories, and build the sustainable foundations they need to serve their communities for the long haul.
Volunteer with us to strengthen local journalism from the ground up!
We’re seeking volunteer Data Analysts who’ll be responsible for:
Time commitment: 5–7 hours a week for 2 months, with the option to extend.
Make an impact: We’ll match you with a local newsroom to provide data support that powers fact-based reporting across communities.
